采用自组装的流动吸附仪建立了基于BET吸附原理的快速测定固体比表面积的实验方法(单点法),对同一活性炭样品,在多功能气体吸附系统上进行对照实验(多点法)。实验结果表明,采用流动吸附仪测定比表面积方便易行,数据稳定可靠,实验教学效果良好。本文介绍这一特色实验,期望对从事物理化学实验教学的同行有所助益。  相似文献

Ultrasound-assisted soil washing processes were investigated for the removal of heavy metals (Cu, Pb, and Zn) in real contaminated soils using HCl and EDTA. The ultrasound-assisted soil washing (US/Mixing) process was compared with the conventional soil washing (Mixing) process based on the mechanical mixing. High removal efficiency (44.8% for HCl and 43.2% for EDTA) for the metals was obtained for the most extreme conditions (HCl 1.0 M or EDTA 0.1 M and L:S = 10:1) in the Mixing process. With the aide of ultrasound, higher removal efficiency (57.9% for HCl and 50.0% for EDTA) was obtained in the same extreme conditions and similar or higher removal efficiency (e.g., 54.7% for HCl 0.5 M and L:S = 10:1 and 50.5% for EDTA 0.05 M and L:S = 5:1) was achieved even in less extreme conditions (lower HCl or EDTA concentration and L:S ratio). Therefore, it was revealed that the US/Mixing was advantageous over the conventional Mixing processes in terms of metal removal efficiency, consumption of chemicals, amount of generated washing leachate, and volume/size of washing reactor. In addition, the heavy metals removal was enhanced for the smaller soil particles in the US/Mixing process. It was due to more violent movement of smaller particles in slurry phase and more violent sonophysical effects. In order to understand the mechanism of ultrasonic desorption, the desorption test was conducted using the paint-coated beads with three sizes (1, 2, and 4 mm) for the free and attached conditions. It was found that no significant desorption/removal of paint from the beads was observed without the movement of beads in the water including floatation, collision, and scrubbing. Thus, it was suggested that the simultaneous application of the ultrasound and mechanical mixing could enhance the physical movement of the particles significantly and the very high removal/desorption could be attained.  相似文献

Abstract

Fly ash and soil mixtures with a range of fly ash content from 1 to 100% were used to study adsorption and desorption of four organophosphorus insecticides, ethyl parathion, methyl parathion, fenitrothion and fenthion, in batch experiments. The object of the study was to develop a treatment process using fly ash as sorbent material to isolate/immobilize organic contaminants from aqueous solutions. The adsorption isotherms fit the Freundlich equation x/m=KdC1/n. The Kd values increase with the increase of the fly ash content. The isotherms seem to fit the S type, in mixtures of soil with a fly ash content from 0 to 10%, which implies that adsorption becomes easier as the concentration in the liquid phase increases. In mixtures of soil with a fly ash content from 25 to 50% the isotherms become L type and correspond to a decrease of site availability as the solution concentration increases. Finally in mixtures of soil with a fly ash content over 50%, C type adsorption was observed which correspond to a constant partition of the insecticides between the bulk solution and the adsorbent. Mass balance estimations show that the mean percent amounts of insecticides for a range of concentration 0.5–15 mg/l, removed by adsorption in the soil sample are 81.56 % for ethyl parathion, 48.97 % for methyl parathion, 67.06 % for fenitrothion and 86.65 % for fenthion. The adsorption increases as the fly ash content increased and reach the 100% in the “pure” fly ash. The adsorbed amounts of insecticides in mixtures of soils with >50% fly ash content, are up to 99%. In contrast, the amounts of desorption in water decrease as the fly ash content increase.

The results of this research demonstrate that the fly ash shows a significant capacity for adsorption of organophosphorus compounds from aqueous solution and can be used for pesticide removal process.  相似文献

通过对石墨氧化、酯化,将聚乙烯亚胺耦合接枝到氧化石墨表面,制备聚乙烯亚胺改性氧化石墨(PEI-GO).通过FTIR、XRD、TEM、RS和XPS等对合成材料进行表征,并研究了其对水中的Cr(Ⅵ)吸附和脱附性能.表征结果表明,聚乙烯亚胺成功嫁接到氧化石墨上,其氨基含量为4.36 mmol·g-1.PEI-GO对水中Cr(Ⅵ)具有很好的吸附性能,吸附等温线符合Freundlich方程,吸附动力学可用拟二级动力学方程来描述.PEI-GO对水中Cr(Ⅵ)的吸附随pH的升高而降低.阴离子的存在降低吸附剂对Cr(Ⅵ)的吸附,不同阴离子的影响大小顺序为PO43- >SO42- >NO3- >Cl-.XPS结果表明,PEI-GO对Cr(Ⅵ)的去除是吸附-化学还原耦合作用的结果.经4次脱附再生循环,PEI-GO对Cr(VI)仍具有较高吸附量,表明该吸附剂再生性好,可循环使用.  相似文献

In this paper, nanodiamonds have been successfully used in matrix-assisted laser desorption/ionization mass spectrometric analysis of human serum and urine. Summary A dualsorbent trap containing graphitized carbon blacks was used for the collection of volatile and semi-volatile organic pollutants from the atmosphere of different workplaces and from an above-ground parking lot. The method proved to be sensitive, simple and reliable. Thermal desorption and solvent extraction methods followed by GC-MS analysis were employed.  相似文献
